These terms and conditions govern sales made on https://atelier-fourmat.com by FOURMAT, trading as Atelier FOURMAT. Mandatory consumer-protection rules that are more favourable to a consumer remain unaffected.
Scope
Before ordering, the customer must review these terms, the product characteristics, price, shipping charges and payment conditions shown at checkout. Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable on the purchase date.
Products and availability
Products are described with reasonable care. Images are illustrative where non-material differences may exist. An order may be refused or cancelled in the event of actual unavailability, a manifest pricing error or suspected fraud, with any amount collected refunded where appropriate.
Orders
The customer must check the basket, contact details and delivery address before confirming. A summary confirmation is displayed or sent after the order is recorded. Keep the order number for all correspondence.
Prices
Displayed prices are in the website currency and include taxes where applicable. Shipping charges are shown before final confirmation. Prices may change, but the invoiced price is the one accepted when ordering, except to correct a manifest error.
Payment
The payment methods actually available are those displayed at checkout. Where online payment is required, processing of the order is subject to confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Bank-card data is processed by the payment provider when used.
Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and indicative timeframes are set out on the Shipping & pickup page. The customer should report transport or delivery issues promptly so that they can be handled, without reducing statutory consumer rights.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Where French consumer law applies, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. Practical return procedures, address, charges and refund timing are set out on the Returns & refunds page.
Statutory warranties
Consumers benefit in particular from the statutory conformity guarantee for 2 years from delivery and from the statutory warranty against hidden defects under applicable law. These rights apply independently of any commercial warranty.
Liability
Each party is responsible for direct loss attributable to it within the limits permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Personal data
Data required for orders, payments, deliveries, accounts and enquiries is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the consumer’s country of residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
